Terms & Conditions: DICE Game

Upon presenting your brill you will receive one roll of our dice at Bath Pizza Co / Green Park Brasserie. If you roll a six, we pay your party’s food bill. Full terms and conditions can be found below.

  1. The Promoter of the offer is INN FLEXIBLE LTD. 6 Green Park Station, Bath BA1 1JB (Bath Pizza Co).

  2. The Dice Promotion is only open to those aged 18 or over.

  3. The Promotion runs exclusively on 20th October 2026 for dine in guests.

  4. To play, a guests must purchase 1 drink per person.

  5. The Promotion is open to all guests, up to a maximum of 10 in a party / booking.

  6. The Dice will be presented to the server at the time the party's bill is requested after finishing the meal. One roll only per party / booking.

  7. If a six is rolled the entire party’s / booking's food is free. Drinks are paid for by the guest.

  8. Even if your meal is on the house, we encourage you to reward your server by paying the service charge.

  9. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion: for example a £15 Pizza/Drink promotion..

  10. The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

  11. INN FLEXIBLE LTD will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

  12. INN FLEXIBLE LTD. seeks to run a fair Promotion. If a guest(s) does not act fairly, is dishonest, breaches or is not entitled under these Terms & Conditions, INN FLEXIBLE LTD. reserves the right to refuse to allow either a roll of the dice, and/or to award a free meal.

  13. By rolling the Dice, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

  14. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material, the details in these Terms & Conditions will prevail.

  15. INN FLEXIBLE LTD. reserves the right to suspend, cancel, modify or withdraw this Promotion.

  16. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
